The mission of the Long Hill Fire District is to serve our community by providing fire suppression and rescue services in a fiscally responsible manner. We will provide all Trumbull residents with superior emergency fire and rescue services, a firefighting and rescue force responsive to all emergencies, and public fire prevention programs including fire and life safety education. We are committed to provide training and education to our fire fighting members, allowing them to maintain the highest standard of responsiveness.

The District will provide our community with facilities, equipment, leadership and support that are cognizant of the public funding required to maintain operations. The District will accomplish this mission while maintaining the highest standard of safety and health for our volunteers through ongoing training and education, maintenance of district facilities and apparatus, and in cooperation with fellow Trumbull Fire Districts.

The Long Hill Fire District would like to remind the residents of Long Hill that we do not make phone calls to your homes or go door to door soliciting donations. If someone attempts to solicit a donation by phone or in person at your home or business, please notify the Trumbull Police Department immediately.
